We do not take insurance, BUT we are a private church ministry organization.  Therefore, all visits will be provided a donation receipt.

To avoid unnecessary credit card charges to the ministry, we kindly ask that you do not use your debit or credit cards for regular visits or to purchase products, unless you're using your HSA/FSA accounts.

No shows or any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged.  Our time is valuable and we are striving to assist as many people in the community as possible.

IMPORTANT:

If you have received a recent vaccination, we ask that kindly refrain from coming into the office for 72 hours.
